I Like Watching MMA

That’s why the story of Tyron Woodley’s mom is so amazing. Tyron had climbed the ladder in the welterweight division and was the UFC champion. But in March he lost the fight and title to Kamaru Usman. Not just lost, but lost badly. The fight went to a judge’s decision after 5 rounds, and Woodley lost all 5 rounds according to all three judges. He was dominated in a fight he was favored to win.

Grout and Real Estate

I recently replaced the floor in one of the bathrooms in my house with new tile. I think it turned out good – what do you think? Since I have very limited experience with tiling, I turned to the experts on YouTube. There are lots of great tutorials on there for just about anything you can think of. In one of the videos I was watching about grouting, the contractor said, “There are 5 steps to a good grout job. Prep, prep, prep, grout, and clean up.”

Drax Or Hinx?

Guardians Of The Galaxy and Commercial Real Estate I recently watched the movies Guardians of the Galaxy I and II (which I find thoroughly enjoyable). My favorite character in the movies was actually Drax. I love his big laugh at weird, in appropriate moments, the way he takes himself so seriously, and most of all the irrepressible joy he has. Plus he’s just super funny.
